Multiple items will be shipped together in order to reduce delivery charges. The shipping amount will be the cost of delivery of the most expensive item in the basket.
Once the items ship I cannot accept any responsibility for any delays due to customs or busy shipping periods or delays due to COVID 19.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays or extra charges due to customs and taxes..
PACKAGING
I re-use and recycle clean and dry packaging products for shipping. Priority is the safety delivery of the work. I do my best to make sure my work is well packaged and to ensure safe delivery.
RETURNS/BREAKAGES
Please, notify me within 7 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this I cannot offer a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility and are non refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items purchased ‘on sale’ or made to order / customised cannot be returned or exchanged.
In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain original packaging and photograph both packaging and damaged piece. Email me with the photographic proof of damage and I will contact to discuss.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I welcome custom orders. Please contact me to discuss the item you wish to commission and we can arrange details including design, price and times. Commissioned pieces may take approximately 4-6 weeks for the work to be competed but this may take longer depending on the type of art work and the time of year.
