“Dog Roses”

Hand needle felted wool fibres and chaney (or plate fragment/sherd/shard) found in ploughed fields on my Dad’s farm. . This chaney piece features part of flower which looks like a Dog Rose. I have used this piece as a starting point for my design and have allowed the new design to incorporate the old. Hand needle felted using wool fibres with hand-stitched details. This art piece has been created, designed, and handmade by Alison Hunter.

This is a wholly unique piece. Only one of these has been made.
